Najava History Festa u BiH

Treći History Fest održat će se od 28. svibnja do 2. lipnja 2019. u Sarajevu, Banja Luci, Konjicu i Mostaru te ugostiti oko stotinu znanstvenika iz zemlje i inozemstva. Središnja tema bit će Jugoslavija 1989. i slom socijalizma u Europi: globalni kontekst i regionalne specifičnosti.

Središnja tema: Jugoslavija 1989. i slom socijalizma u Evropi: Globalni kontekst i regionalne specifičnosti

 

In the framework of the third History Fest the greatest part will be dedicated to the significance of changes that occurred in Yugoslavia in the context of the collapse of socialism in Europe in 1989. Along with lectures, book launches, discussions and film screenings, we will organise five round tables to attempt to look into the collapse of socialist regimes in Europe on the events that would happen by the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. The fundamental question that would be the starting point in the discussion is: To what extent the collapse of socialism in the European countries influenced changes in Yugoslavia and in which aspects the changes in Europe in 1989 are similar, and to what extent they differ from the process in Yugoslavia?
