Amsterdam University Press has recently published an edited volume Language Choice in Enlightenment Europe. Education, Sociability, and Governance. The editors of the book are Vladislav Rjéoutski (German Historical Institute in Moscow) and Willem Frijhoff (University of Amsterdam; Erasmus University of Rotterdam).
