The citizens of Fiume, today called Rijeka, retell and reinterpret the bizarre story about the 16-month occupation of their city in a brutally factual yet defiantly punk cinematic journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How should we remember the past?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can humor illuminate tragedy, or does it risk diminishing it?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Is fascism truly a thing of the past, or has it merely changed its face?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igorbezinovic.net\/info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Igor Bezinovi\u0107<\/strong><\/a> is an internationally \u00a0highly regarded filmmaker from Rijeka. His documentary film <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/1041124017?fl=pl&amp;fe=cm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Fiume o Morte<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igorbezinovic.net\/fiume-o-morte-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>!<\/strong><\/a> is winner of over 30 international documentary awards.
