Zainteresirane \u010ditatelje upu\u0107ujemo i na s time povezano hrvatsko <a href=\"https:\/\/historiografija.hr\/?p=23505\">izdanje<\/a> knjige Susie Linfield \u201eLavlja jazbina: cionizam i ljevica od Hanne Arendt do Noama Chomskog\u201c (Zagreb 2020) i autori\u010din dio na engleskom jeziku dostupan <a href=\"https:\/\/yalebooks.yale.edu\/2020\/07\/13\/hannah-arendt-on-zionism\/\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u00dcber Pal\u00e4stina<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei bisher unbekannte Texte \u2013 erstmals auf Deutsch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pal\u00e4stina, Israel und die Suche nach der L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00dcber Pal\u00e4stina<\/em> vereint zwei neu entdeckte, bisher unbekannte Texte von und mit Hannah Arendt. Der Aufsatz \u201eAmerican Foreign Policy and Palestine\u201c wurde 1944 von Arendt vor der Staatsgr\u00fcndung Israels verfasst und erst jetzt in einem Archiv gefunden. 14 Jahre sp\u00e4ter ist sie Mitglied eines Expert:innen-Rats, der in dem Bericht \u201eThe Palestine Refugee Problem\u201c eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Situation der Gefl\u00fcchteten im Nahen Osten formulierte. Diese beiden au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Fundst\u00fccke belegen eindr\u00fccklich Arendts lebenslanges Ringen um einen Frieden in Israel und Pal\u00e4stina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herausgegeben von Thomas Meyer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hannah Arendt<\/strong>, am 14. Oktober 1906 im heutigen Hannover geboren und am 4. Dezember 1975 in New York gestorben, studierte unter anderem Philosophie bei Martin Heidegger und Karl Jaspers, bei dem sie 1928 promovierte. 1933 emigrierte Arendt nach Paris, 1941 nach New York. Von 1946 bis 1948 arbeitete sie als Lektorin, danach als freie Autorin. Sie war Gastprofessorin in Princeton und Professorin an der University of Chicago.
