{"id":45021,"date":"2025-02-26T22:07:24","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T22:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/historiografija.hr\/?p=45021"},"modified":"2025-02-26T22:07:24","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T22:07:24","slug":"bracewell-scholarship-for-the-2025-26-academic-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/historiografija.hr\/?p=45021","title":{"rendered":"Bracewell Scholarship for the 2025-26 academic year"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Bracewell Travelling Scholarship\u202fis funded by a gift from SSEES Emeritus Professor of History Wendy Bracewell, whose research examines South Slav history, and travel writing in and about eastern Europe. The Scholarship honours the long tradition of mutual curiosity between the UK and eastern, central and southeastern Europe by supporting PhD students from and studying in the SSEES region (excluding Germany and Russia) who wish to spend time at UCL working with SSEES academics, pursuing their own research and contributing as appropriate to the intellectual life of the School. The award will cover the equivalent of tuition fee costs for one term, plus a living cost stipend of \u00a35,500. The total value of the scholarship is therefore estimated to be in the region of \u00a312,000 in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the 2025-26\u202facademic year there will be one Scholarship awarded. It can be used during the Autumn term (22\u202fSeptember \u2013 12\u202fDecember 2025) or the Spring term (12\u202fJanuary \u2013 27\u202fMarch 2026).
