Objects, Methods and Limits of the Global Approach in Mediterranean Studies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Atelier doctoral 2024 \u2013 Appel \u00e0 candidatures \u2013 Doctoral Workshop Call<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The GlobalMed network is organizing its first doctoral workshop on <strong>\u201cDid you say global? Objects, Methods and Limits of the Global Approach in Mediterranean Studies\u201d<\/strong> to be held at the MMSH (Aix-en-Provence) and the Mucem (Marseille) from November 18 to 22, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop, organized in collaboration with Mucem, is aimed at doctoral candidates and young postdoctoral researchers from the GlobalMed partner research teams.\u00a0Candidates from all disciplines should demonstrate an interest in the global approach as part of their doctoral or post-doctoral research topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goals of the workshop are to provide participants with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>An in-depth look at the concept of \u201cglobal\u201d: history of the concept and issues of scale, epistemological issues, major publications\/works, implementation of interdisciplinarity,<\/li><li>A reflection on the objects of study of the global approach and the methods and concepts mobilized in their respective fields of research and in other disciplines,<\/li><li>A reflection on the limits and critiques of the global approach.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find the call for submissions here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/globalmed.hypotheses.org\/files\/2024\/05\/20240528_GlobalMed_Atelier_Doctoral_AAC.pdf\">20240528_GlobalMed_Atelier_Doctoral_AAC<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deadline for applications is June 28, 2024, and applications should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:maria-jose.jarrin-yanez@univ-amu.fr\">maria-jose.jarrin-yanez@univ-amu.fr.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau GlobalMed organise son premier atelier doctoral sur le th\u00e8me <strong>\u00ab Vous avez dit global ?
