Nastavljaju\u0107i saradnju uspostavljenu Ugovorom o saradnji izme\u0111u Instituta i Univerziteta IULM u Milanu, kao i Memorandumom o razumevanju izme\u0111u Instituta i Evropskog dru\u0161tva za prou\u010davanje periodike, Odeljenje Periodika u istoriji srpske knji\u017eevnosti i kulture i Istra\u017eiva\u010dka grupa za studije periodike Univerziteta IULM organizuju jednodnevnu konferenciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ovaj nau\u010dni skup okuplja kako priznate istori\u010dare i teoreti\u010dare knji\u017eevnosti, kulture i filma, tako i mlade istra\u017eiva\u010de, s ciljem da pokrene i podstakne diskusiju o metodologijima \u010ditanja i tuma\u010denja u savremenim studijama periodike. Zamisao skupa jeste da preispita kako metodologije \u010ditanja koje se primenjuju u studijama periodike, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i digitalne i tradicionalne pristupe, uti\u010du na smisao i domete humanisti\u010dkih nauka danas. Izlaganja na konferenciji zaokupljena su pitanjem kako studije periodike pospe\u0161uju ve\u0161tine kriti\u010dkog \u010ditanja, posebno se usredsre\u0111uju\u0107i na njihov uticaj u okviru samih humanisti\u010dkih disciplina, tako i na razumevanje sprege izme\u0111u dru\u0161tvenih i kulturnih procesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conference Announcement: \u201cBetween Distant and Close Reading \u2013 Periodical Studies and Humanities in the 21st Century\u201d, October 27th, Institute for Literature and Art, Belgrade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We are delighted to invite you to the conference “Between Distant and Close Reading: Periodical Studies and Humanities in the 21st Century.” The event will be held in the Library of the Institute on October 27th. Building on the Agreement on Cooperation between the Institute and IULM University of Milan, as well as the Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute and the European Society for Periodical Research, the conference is organized as a joint effort of the Department of Periodicals in the History of Serbian Literature and Culture (Institute for Literature and Art) and the IuPS Research Group on Periodical Studies (IULM University of Milan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Featuring distinguished scholars in literary, film, and cultural studies, as well as early career researchers, we are enthusiastic about discussing how methodologies of reading and interpretation applied in periodicals studies, including both digital and traditional approaches, impact the very notion of the humanities.
