Lesung und Gespr\u00e4ch mit der Autorin Mechthild Henneke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Held des Romans schlie\u00dft sich 1998 der Kosovo Befreiungsarmee an, tauscht dann aber das Gewehr gegen ein Stethoskop, denn er ist angehender Mediziner. Bevor Taras Galani in den Krieg zieht, hat er mehrere Jahre in Deutschland gelebt. Aber nichts kann ihn halten, als die Situation in seiner Heimat eskaliert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der fesselnde Roman erz\u00e4hlt eine auf Tatsachen basierende Geschichte und greift Themen auf, die angesichts der politischen Lage hochaktuell sind: Krieg, Flucht und das Leben zwischen zwei Kulturen. Die Autorin treibt die Frage um: \u201eWof\u00fcr lohnt es sich zu k\u00e4mpfen?” und mehr noch: \u201eWas macht das mit einem?\u201c Taras w\u00e4chst als Sanit\u00e4ter und Feldarzt \u00fcber sich hinaus, wirft sich gemeinsam mit seinen Kameraden in Abenteuer und beginnt, an seiner Mission zu zweifeln. Der Roman endet mit dem Abzug der Serben, doch ein Sieg ist das f\u00fcr Taras nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
