Der Beitrag Jugoslawiens zum V\u00f6lkerrecht 1948-1980\/91\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Die Jugoslawische Au\u00dfenpolitik und ihr Einfluss auf die Entwicklung des V\u00f6lkerrechts nach 1945.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Arno Tr\u00fcltzsch besch\u00e4ftigt sich am Beispiel Jugoslawiens und seiner Aktivit\u00e4ten in den Vereinten Nationen mit dem Zusammenwirken von Ideologie und Au\u00dfenpolitik in der Entwicklung des V\u00f6lkerrechts. Neben der pers\u00f6nlichen Reisediplomatie Titos war die jugoslawische Politik in der Konferenz- und UN Diplomatie verortet &#8211; erg\u00e4nzt um eine dritte Komponente, die bewusst Bezug auf das V\u00f6lkerrecht nahm. Jugoslawische Rechtsexperten und Diplomaten trugen in vielen Bereichen zur Weiterentwicklung des V\u00f6lkerrechts bei &#8211; so in der Terrorismusproblematik, in den Abr\u00fcstungsverhandlungen, bei diversen menschenrechtlichen Resolutionen und Vertragswerken sowie im V\u00f6lkerstrafrecht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus benutzte die jugoslawische Diplomatie zusammen mit ihren blockfreien Partnern v\u00f6lkerrechtliche, besonders menschenrechtliche Argumente f\u00fcr gezielte politische Anliegen, wie die \u00dcberwindung des Kolonialismus oder die Neuordnung der Weltwirtschaft.
