Medieval TV is now collecting subscriptions with hopes to launch on March 1st.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SVoD \u2013 Subscription Video On Demand \u2013 service will bring together some of the best French-language Youtubers and medievalists to offer a wide range of shows. Billing itself the Netflix of medieval culture, they will offer at least four hours of new and exclusive content each month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the programmes being offered is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>LA QU\u00caTE DU GRAAL \u2013 a quiz show<\/li><li>LES CONTES DU VIEUX GRIMOIRE \u2013 a look at medieval tales and legends<\/li><li>TROBAR \u2013 a medieval version of MTV Unplugged<\/li><li>24 HEURES DANS LE MOYEN \u00c2GE DE\u2026<\/li><li>ARS &amp; MANUFACTURA \u2013 medieval arts and crafts<\/li><li>DES PIERRES QUI PARLENT \u2013 revealing the secrets of great builders<\/li><li>D\u2019UNE HISTOIRE A L\u2019AUTRE \u2013 a look at the \u2018other Middle Ages\u2019<\/li><li>SECRETS D\u2019ENLUMINURES \u2013 on medieval manuscripts and their illuminations<\/li><li>TOURNEBROCHE \u2013 medieval food and cuisine<\/li><li>TRIBUO \u2013 a show about historical re-enactments<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>David Fr\u00e9cinaux, the creator of Medieval TV, explains, \u201cWe believe that the Middle Ages is not just a series of clich\u00e9s. It is a thousand years of fascinating history (and stories), an extremely rich and intense period.
